Lilac

That time of year. Here, on my island, lilac bushes grow on each side of the road in many places, spreading a wonderful scent. Some bushes are barely budding while others are in full bloom. One of my lilacs started blooming today, still a mild scent but it will mature in the next few days. I see it as a very nice birthday present for me, I will enjoy it tomorrow morning.
