Tasty ...........

 ................ morsels for the babies.

They are nesting under the eaves just above my "office"  -  I can hear them, sometimes, skittering about.

I was outside and saw this parent fly in with a beakfull of legs and wings - he seemed to know I was there and wouldn't go to the nest so (after snapping off a couple of photos) I walked out onto the road, half obscured by some shrubs and, after a quick look around, he/she popped under the tiles to feed the chirruping hordes!!!   Job done.
