Best foot forward.

I  still haven't thrown away my old trainers, but I am breaking in my new ones ( these are my new ones) J was up and out early, as he had to pick up our SIL from the garage in town, as he had to take his car  in for a service. We had breakfast when he got back, and then I have been busy doing various jobs, too numerous too mention, because I will have to rest up for the next two days. I am not very good at keeping still, but I have got plenty of books, so I am well prepared. It's not as warm today, as the sun has only just come out.
