Sunset on the canal

A late run today thanks to a long old day at work!

Got spin and gym in too so can’t complain too much!

I enjoyed my recovery run, but must not run on a full tummy again it makes it hard graft!

The kids have had good days on the whole, school and then chill out, we are all ready for the school holidays and some lie ins and relaxing!
