Plastic sheep , and some cows.....

Another full on day.
A morning spent sorting out the last big lot of cows and calves to go to the grass.
Cows all got 2 magnesium bolus down the throat to prevent grass staggers,then their annual BVD vaccine booster.
The calves all got a pulse release wormer bolus down the throat which lasts them for 8 months .
Once they were done,had to run Junior down to the bus into Edinburgh to catch his train back to Aberdeen. Will need to go up this weekend and try and fit all his stuff in the car as they need to be out their flat by the 31st. Where have the last 4 years gone ?
After lunch ,got a crew together and walked the cows and calves the 2.5 miles up to the hill for the summer. It was a slow go.
Then in to Waverley station to meet Mrs F and Littlemiss off their train from York.
Spotted these 4 sheep ,part of a collection which are touring Scotland to help promote the Highland Show and the return of the Golden Shears shearing competition.
This one is dedicated to Doddie Weir's charity and decked out in his special tartan.
