Tiso's potato

For lunch today I used the last potato of Tiso's first crop, which he had proudly saved for me. As you will see, I fashioned a Spanish omelette (potato, onion, chorizo, peas and an egg) and made a tomato and basil salad. A glass of Norton helped wash it all down. Let's hope it's the first of a long line of horticultural success.
