Heron

This afternoon Mrs P and I went for walk along the sea wall between South Kessock and Clachnaherry. Got some quick shots of a couple of oystercatchers sitting on the wall of the ferry ramp. One had one leg up but it was only when I looked at the shots that I realized that it was possibly entangled in a thin thread. Quite a wind and even the water in the Merkinch Basin was quite choppy. This heron was looking for food in one of the lagoons.
