popped into Sainsbury to get some strawberries and redbush tea….i really fancied it….

dug my vivobarefeet shoes out….it feels as if you walk barefoot with support…..you need to get used to walking in them but they are so easy on your feet….i bought a pair of their desert boots….the wonderful thing is if you can’t get on with them you can send them back, 100 days trial….

i saw an advert of Ambassador cruises departing from Liverpool…..one cruise round the British Isles really ‘called’ me….. it leaves Aug 8…..just making my mind up…..
