good news: my sodium is as near as it should be….now keeping it there…..

this morning i went to town to Boots and M&S to pick up the orange tshirt dress i ordered…..(an experiment…:)) it turned out to be a success and i absolutely love it….. 

the vivobarefoot desert boots came and they are the most totally absolutely comfortable shoes ever…..it’s an investment….but i will wear them every day……(xtra)
