Wildlife and Poppies

Sunshine and blue sky all day. B and I went for a long walk this morning, before it got too hot. Apart from a few bicyclists, a lone jogger, and two vintners in their tractors, spraying some chemicals on the vineyards, we didn’t meet any people for almost two hours. We spotted a pheasant, several buzzards and red kites, and the hare in the extra.

Closer to home between gardens, we also saw hundreds of striped bugs (also in the extra). 

The fields are still dotted with poppy flowers everywhere. They are so beautiful, I just had to make a poppy my main blip.
