Lunch Wi' The Lassies

What a pace they set.  Caroline refused the proffered wine as she wanted something with fizz in it.  The Sommelier brought her an Alka-Seltzer.  She consumed so much of it (in the Green Room) before the trolley was wheeled in, that she insisted her Nap was ‘Throttling Raspberries’ in today’s 3,30 at Haydock.  C and K disbanded as they are having to prepare for a party tonight; to which the Creels were invited.  But we eschewed the invite for we are to attend an evening with Graham Jamieson, Art Nicholson, Andy Kain and Peter Wood in Stenness.  Andy Kain owns the fiddle and they become as one.  Ditto Peter on the box.  The standard of musicianship is truly off the scale.  Dancing to them is a true privilege. They surpass many.  The experience is ineffable.
