Heathrow

This morning, a 'plane had to make an emergency landing at Heathrow.

Since I've worked on projects at Heathrow, I've noticed the press's predilection for knocking the airport. I'm not sure why this is but it's on a par with the government's dislike for the BBC.

What I can tell you - reporting from the inside, as it were - is just how concerned the Heathrow staff were about passenger welfare, working long hours and staying late to try and put the flight schedules straight, recovering from a situation outside of their control.
