I can see the Pond!

Having started I feel obliged to continue.

I've, nearly, completed "Rushectomy" of this side. Up to now, to see the Pond from here previously I couldn't, and would have had to walk over and part the Rushes.

Next 1. Clear the last clump of Rush.
Next 2. Let the soil see the air, along this side of the Pond.

The near mountain - The two Rushes I've banjaxed.
The far mountain, (in Thumbnail) just before you fall in the Pond - What feels like 1/2 my weight of Water Forget-me-not, with almost as much to go to the Wheelie Bin; I'd better not scalp any more until I see if There's more than a Bin'sworth.
