52 Frames - week 21 - low key

Today I woke up exhausted *again*.  It's been weeks and weeks where proper deep sleep eludes me.  We had a lovely day out at a friend's birthday BBQ - so nice to have sunshine.  

I didn't get out of bed until 12pm though.....
