Lunch Date

I forced myself out for a run this morning.   It was hard going but glad I did it.  I then did a post
run yoga video on you tube which felt good.

Steve suggested we headed out to try a new Turkish restaurant in Abbots Langley.  It was so good!  

Rest of the afternoon was house stuff before a walk with Phoebe to Cassiobury park.  We watched the end of Citadel and while it was a fun show it was very cheesy and I could spot all the twists and plot lines easily.

Back to work tomorrow - hoping for a very fast week!
