Ladybird

It was an early start to our day but the weather was still warm and dry. We set off to the play park, then made our way up the steep path in the newly developed wildlife sanctuary. Someone spotted a ladybird, see first extra. Grandpa discovered we could see our house. We explored the new willow den and tunnel. Then we went back down to the bridge and threw sticks and cones into the stream. The water level was the lowest I've seen it. We completed the circuit by going back to the playpark in time for our son to arrive and reclaim his boys. What a busy weekend we've had!
