High Street

Down to Staggs in Musselburgh to meet up with N&G, an evening spent swapping stories, quaffing excellent beer and generally chilling out. Can’t beat it. Wasn’t quite dark as we waited on a late bus home but it was definitely too chilly to be out without my jacket!
We’d spent most of the day doing pre-trip stuff; taking the goldfish to George and coming away with a dozen paperbacks, half of which will be my summer terrace reading; getting the plants sorted out in the bath and in development trays ready for George to keep watered, checking the fish-feeder is working OK, tidying up the car a wee bit, bits of other boring stuff.
The Extra is a rabbit’s foot by the way.
