Potentilla erecta

Tormentil. I'm not familiar with the common name. This brightly coloured beauty is growing all over the heath. I spotted the cattle grazing away in the distance so gave them a wide berth. They're very placid, but no need to disturb them.
Standing, & laying down are fine but sitting is very uncomfortable, so frustrating.
