Mystery Tour !

KJD aka my daughter, came to take me out for the day. Arrived at 10.15am, said she had checked this out & is doable, so it was that we should get a bus ( with aid of scooter) to East Croydon, then train to London Bridge & have a day via Galleria to the Thames for a day by the river.( opening up another trip for me!)
Was this successful - - NO-'- - it appeared my battery failed to charge last night?why, may be like me ,old age. Though I haven't used it much may be the life of the battery only lasts so long.( yet to be diacovered)
So another plan of action, to which I wasn't privileged!. So the mystery tour began

# A21 then Mr/Mrs natsav took us down several country Lanes, a beautiful peaceful drive then suddenly I realised I knew were we were.
# Goudhurst where we had a delicious lunch at the 8 Bells Pub (This is a 15th century timber based property converted to a Public House in the 18th Century. It was named to celebrate the new Church Bells at St. Mary's Church) it is thought the pub owner may have been a bell ringer there?)
# Sissinghurst
# N.T. S. Castle & Gardens
The gardens were beautiful ( tomorrow I will put just some of the flowers in a collage)
We got home at 4.30pm KJD tried the battery again still failed , so I guess it will be a new one, but that's for another time..
A lovely day out even though it wasn't what KJD had planned.
