Bridgemere Show Gardens.

Today our target was Bridgemere Garden Centre and the attached show gardens.  The show gardens are a number of gardens that won awards at various Chelsea Flower shows.  There are I think 15 in all.  I say I think as they are mixed in among other parts of the garden from which the TV series "Gardener's Diary" was filmed in the 90s.

The blip of the "Down Memory Lane" dementia garden which won a Silver Gilt Medal at Hampton in 2021.  I particularly liked the water feature, sadly not running, where the water came out of a galvanised watering can into a series of galvanised tin wash tubs before being pumped back up.

On our way back to the site we called in, again, to the reserve and were rewarded with yet more views and shots of the pair of Kingfishers.
