Blankie

I finished the baby blanket I’ve been working on; it’s damp, on the blocking board, where I hope it will begin to approximate a flat square instead of the somewhat lumpy shape I created. Friends assure me the baby won’t care one way or the other.

For those who do care, this piece starts with 4 center stitches and is knit in the round, and it resembles a big sack as it goes along. It’s only when you bind off that the edges become straight.
