Lawrence the Lounging Longhorn

Lawrence the longhorn doesn't like me to call him Larry, but he is behind a fence. What is he going to do? Lawrence also doesn't like limericks, but again, what is he going to do...call the poetry police?

Larry likes to sit out in the sun,
chewin his cud and havin some fun.
He's had the big horns,
since he was first born,
I betcha those things weigh a ton.

I don't know if old Larry
likes his limerick now,
but you have to admit...
he is one handsome cow.
