How you have grown!

A flying visit from our great grandson and his mum and dad.
It’s over three weeks since we saw Jude and he has changed such a lot.
Now talking so much more, and looking grownup since he had his hair cut.
His favourite toys now are the cars etc. So glad I kept them. Most belonging to our sons. Suppose they are now vintage!
He likes lining them up and counting them. Although just turned two can count up to ten.
He is very independent. I wonder what he will think when the new baby arrives in November.

Another cold day. Decided to light the wood burner tonight!  Hopefully it is going to warm up again tomorrow.

We counted over 40 starlings on our neighbour’s lawn this morning. Certainly not an endangered bird here. ( see extra)
