A tall ship ....
I must go down to the seas again , to the lonely sea and the sky.....
Not that lonely actually and another action-packed day. Today I was invited out on a prototype jeep safari round the peninsula, as historical consultant! The jeep in question was a fairly temperamental red land rover and we bounced off around the the peninsula stopping off here and there at exciting sites- yes, a holy well was encountered. 24C today and everywhere looked incredible! As we wend our way down an incredibly tiny road towards Glanroon (the land rover had to be spoken to very nicely) and disembarked briefly, a ship glided by in Bantry Bay, its red sails the perfect compliment to all the blues and greens.
I was treated to a late lunch in the Heron Gallery and then a swim was called for - delicious.
