Thursday: #30DaysWild - Maple Keys

First of June already (in Welsh “Mehefin” - https://cy.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mehefin ) but the northeasterly wind we’ve had for a couple of weeks is decidedly chilly :-((
The Maple is already dropping its leaves and the “helicopter” seeds are already appearing - seems no time at all since the “flowers” on the branches.
We already have gluten free pizza bases so I made some tomato and vegetable topping this morning. Dinner this evening was quick to prepare: pizza base, tomato topping and grated cheese. Used some of my sack of Tatws Trading potatoes to make lots of wedges. Everything took and hour to cook in the oven - delicious :-))
Watched Patrick Grant in Sewing Bee this evening and the programme he hade about the uniforms worn for the Coronation - absolutely fascinating, even MrD enjoyed it!
Small hedgehog out again this evening, went straight of the cat biscuits then disappeared into the garden - haven’t seen the big hedgehog for the last two nights, hope it’s ok …
