Better Late Than Never

So 462 days after Russia’s invasion of the Ukraine I finally got out to the Ukraine Memorial at Mylor.
I’m not sure what I expected but I felt a bit underwhelmed, it’s been 75 years of oppression or persecution of one nation by another and I think I expected something grander.

Paddy and I were out walking at 7:15 am, I expected it to be quiet but us dog owners obviously think alike, dogs everywhere being walked in the cool, great time of day for it though.

Mrs S had a day shift so Sam and I had a simple BBQ dinner.
