Hibiscus

DDW challenge of the day was "favourite" - I thought it would be difficult but it wasn't! I started taking photos of my favourite time of day (around 2 AM in the summer when it's still light in Orkney) but had forgotten my wide angle lens in Hoy so I wasn't happy with any shots. It was flat calm and incredibly beautiful. So instead my blip is of my favourite flower, which flowered for the first time this year, just on the right day. It was my mum's favourite flower also, and I have one tattooed on my forearm.

I realise that I must be less lazy and use my tripod more often..
