Parkrun 500

Not my 500th, Camperdown Park's. Fancy dress was ancouraged but not many came dressed up, though these 2 seniors did it properly.
Another sunny day and the forecast is for it to continue, I'm getting worried about the heat for my marathon next weekend. 
After parkrun and chatting I came home and did some more gardening and spent the afternoon relaxing in the garden, first going through my service for tomorrow and then in the hammock with magazines.
