High security

We spotted this mystery object beside the main road today. It must be important, to be thus secured behind tall fences with a hefty padlock and chain. But the fence is overgrown with creepers and dead leaves are piling up around it. We just hope that, whatever it is, it isn't vital to some part of the Davistown infrastructure.
