Butterfly Orchid

This morning F and I went for a walk in woodland where we know there are pied flycatchers.  We saw two pairs dashing back and forth  feeding young. They were at a great distance, there was nowhere close by to watch without disturbing the birds. We also heard a redstart but didn't see the it.

This butterfly orchid was in the wood, it's always a lovely flower to see.
