Pork Chop

Pork chop, onion marmalade, wine braised cabbage with cumin, and broccoli. Wine: Akitu A1 Otago Pinot Noir 2019.

Good... the onion marmalade was especially nice. I continue to find that Otago produces some of the best value pinot noirs.
