We’ll all my diary disappeared which is just as well. A rant about our road being closed for 5 days next week. It’s a dead end so cars will be a mile away and we need to cart bags and food for our 3 days in Derbyshire. No explanation.

The blip is the garden, done as I went over to Alison for Veggie food group, theme Mediterranean. I made spicy Syrian carrot dip. It was lovely to catch up. Next meeting is 4 July so it was suggested USA theme for Independence Day. Any US Blippers got any ideas for US veggie recipes?

Tomorrow I get a day to myself. What’s that like? I can’t remember
