Progress?

The road outside our house is to be closed all week. The electricity company dug a trench across the road and have dressed it with tarmac already. There has been no one there today. We did have a power cut this afternoon, but nothing to do with the road works.
I took the mini in to get checked over because the engine warning light was on. I need a new heat shield and a footwell unit, something to do with lights and windows. Uurgghh more expense.
