Car Hospital

It started then stopped. Then it cranked but the engine wouldn’t run.
Tom was due at Hexham hospital for treatment in an hour. Fortunately I was able to use mums car.
Sometime later….
There’s a little garage up the road that came to my rescue. A pair of mechanics decided there was probably a fuel leak. Sure enough, there was a pool of diesel on the drive as the car was carted off. I hope it’s ok, it’s nearly 14 and has done 128,000 miles.
