What Plant is this?

I spent nearly three hours weeding and tidying up at the side of the house, an area that as we don't see it gets ignored. I managed to spend nearly three hours weeding, clearing up whilst listening to an audio book (Pure by Andrew Miller). I noticed this lovely this plant tucked away near the boundary wall; I don't know its name but think I really like it.
