Rouken Glen

An early start to day, strongly approved by Ruairi dog. We were out for the first walk of the day well before 8 so I could get home and breakfasted before my hair appointment. He seemed content to lounge about on his own, and then again when I managed to fit in a yoga session.

I think I am perfecting the skill of taking a photo with one hand, the alternative is tying him up somewhere. We went for a circuit around Rouken Glen after lunch, it was lovely to see this adolescent moorhen, which is what I assume it is, and the pink water lilies which are just emerging.
