We both had our 'new patient' appointments with the nurse at our new GP's surgery this afternoon. My blood pressure was high (there's a surprise!), so I shall l be making a return journey in a couple of weeks. After that a supermarket shop.

Good to speak with Lucy this evening, before we set out on a short walk. Another walk, another amazing sunset, and a foxglove on the verge. The lane at the end of the walk came out opposite the local pub, so it would have been rude not to call in for a while...
