Natures own little bouquet. The cloud has come in and brought some rain. I was quite damp after my afternoon hack at Cangort but there is something rather good about warm summer gentle rain. Susan and I and the horses were covered in plant bits from the overhanging trees and shrubs and it was very active having to lay flat on the horses to get under wet heavy branches :0)
Cooked a huge yummy summer risotto and had Susan and David and Pat and Wendy round to share it with , a lovely eve laughing with friends .
The extra is the continuous glucose monitor just before coming off. It’s 2 weeks is up and I’m so sorry to see it go. It’s given so much interesting and useful information and changed how and when I eat certain foods resulting in more energy and less cravings . Win win
