Someone working for Radio New Zealand has been taking Reuters and BBC newstories and changing them to pro-Russian slants. That person is on leave now. 

The ruble has fallen against the dollar by about 14% in 2023, making imports more expensive and fueling inflation.


Russia is suffering a record labor shortage, helping to hurt industrial production.
