Ukraine hit Russian missile launchers. The Mayor of Kharkiv said the situation has been calmer since the missile launchers were hit. This is two weeks after countries gave Ukraine authorization to use western weapons inside Russia. 

Zelensky has been asking for more air defense systems. German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said Germany was sending more air defenses, including a third Patriot system, and missiles to help Ukraine.


The US is also going to send Ukraine another Patriot missile system.
