Appointments, appointments ..

Boring stuff .. a GP's appointment and weighing for me .. art for mum, where she made a very sparkly plaque for the wall!

Went for a quick trip to Sunk Island where I saw two little egrets, a hare, whitethroats, roe deer amongst others.


Then home for mum's hearing aid home visit. She was tested for new hearing aids last week .. and today they were to be set up. She's been impossible to communicate with since coming home yesterday. I was unsure whether it was a hearing problem or she'd shut down a bit whilst away.

So far the new ones seem rather miraculous .. she still gets totally confused by rapidly changing subjects (well - she doesn't - she just carries on with her own little stories ..)

I keep meaning to blip greedy starling babies, but the roe deer is still visiting and I couldn't resist!
