Any guesses?

On our way back from Alexandria this morning Minty and I stopped off at the RSPB site at Gartocharn for a walk.

I hadn't been there since December when I was looking after Olaf, so I was keen to see how the view from the viewpoint had changed with the seasons.

Unfortunately, although the weather was fine, there was a haze in the distance, but there was a noticeable difference in the green vegetation. 

The biggest change, however, was the above 'installation'. There was no information explaining what it is or who designed it. I like it!
