Lighthouse sunset

Camera club trip to Kylmäpihlaja lighthouse with 18 members participating. We were hosted by the local camera club (Rauma) and stayed the night at the lighthouse hotel, which is located in the actual lighthouse in eight floors, most having two rooms. A sunny day followed by a beuatiful night.

After arriving in the afternoon, everything was so interesting, that probably everyone used too much of personal and camera battery energy shooting the scenery, the plants and most of all the birds, when it would have been better to save some for the night. Luckily there was still some energy left to shoot in the softer evening light and the amazing sunset (which was at 11:08 pm). I was too tired to stay up any longer or get up to shoot the sunrise though, as I had slept poorly the night before.
