Mavis bank House

Managed to stick my phone through the railings and take a shot of MavisBank house. It’s been derelict for many years but there are noises that there will be something happening on site and potentially building a new care home. Not sure how much of the facade will be kept (if any). Phin enjoyed splashing in the river so much that it took ages to get him out.
