Spaghetti with Clam Sauce

Spaghetti with clam and white wine sauce, and arugula salad.

I managed to cook in spite of the fridge. The clams were tinned (I always have a large collection of tinned seafood on hand). The arugula came in this week's CSA box, which we will hopefully be able to use or place most of with a good home since we didn't have enough notice to skip this week's delivery.

I plan on trying to cook through Friday with shelf stable foods, foods fry my chest freezer that can be cooked from frozen, and things bought immediately prior to cooking. I will give myself next week off and embrace eating out as we prepare to travel.
