Venison
Seared venison with five spice and smoked Welsh sea salt, sautéed baby spinach and kale, and rice blend. Wine: Calluna Vineyards CVC 2018.
This is our last home cooked meal for about three and a half weeks. It was quite an enjoyable one. The wine is decent Sonoma (Chalk Hill AVA) Bordeaux blend.
