The view north

Took a walk up Calton Hill at lunchtime, and found half a dozen of my colleagues already up there, so we wandered round and admired the views together. The Firth of Forth and the view to Fife was obscured by a layer of haar, and when we wandered round we saw the mist was hiding the hills and views to the south too. Luckily the sun has stayed with us and it has been, and is still at nearly 7pm, a very pleasant warm day.

Another opportunity to have our evening meal in the garden.
