Thistle flower bud

It was extremely hot this morning as l took our grandson to his childminders. There was a welcome breeze though. As l returned l decided to walk by the nearby park where l took this blip of a thistle. It was too hot for me to feel like going for a short walk.

I returned to my daughters where she had managed to get her youngest down for a sleep. She managed to have breakfast at a reasonable time and even had some time to herself before he woke up. From then onwards though she was fully occupied until late evening.

Little Leo had a fairly restless day but settled late afternoon and had a little tummy time on his mat managing to turn over again. Later in the evening he had a bath which he seems to enjoy.
