A knit and natter session in town this morning. I did a Charity shop drop, found the Post Office and a couple of other places whilst I was there. 

A admin type of afternoon as it was too hot to do anything else. I was also monitoring, on Plane Finder, the flypast of the Hercules’ to commemorate the upcoming retirement. 

This evening we went to a talk on bats. It was held in a local community centre and the ulterior motive was to see it in operation and find out what else is going on there. 
It was most interesting, but very long. My bum was numb after 90 minutes on an uncomfortable plastic chair.

My blip shows a wall hanging that was in the corridor. The lady in charge said it was made in the late 1980’s and has spent most of its life in a drawer!!! It was beautifully made.
