Trilobite

It is easy pickings to find fossils on the southern coastal beaches around Lyme Regis where we were last week.  The cliffs are soft and falls are common and along  with all the earth.and debris can be found different fossils  usually it seems ammonites or belemnites and trilobite but some quite important finds of other larger .and rarer species.
Trilobite are thought have become extinct around  252 million years ago.  
I must point out l bought this one for £3 for my grandson, the crew l was with were not inclined for fossel hunting that morning as we were moving on. I have in the past picked up fossils there.
